Tonya Hinch, Chairperson, is a licensed Tennessee insurance agent who specializes in working with business owners to use health care benefits to achieve their business and personal goals. With a history of working on successful businesses in New York City, Los Angeles, and Cincinnati, Tonya brings a wealth of business experience to her local clients. A graduate of Cumberland County High School in 1981 and the University of Tennessee (1985), Tonya worked for Procter & Gamble, Clairol, Neutrogena, and Edison Schools prior to moving home in 2004. Tonya renovated an older building just off Main Street and resides in downtown Crossville.

Melissa Kerley, Partner, is a licensed Tennessee insurance agent who knows the ins and outs of the health care benefit world. No service issue is too small or too large for Melissa to solve. Well known throughout the business community, Melissa has worked at Highland Federal and The Plateau Group prior to beginning her insurance career with Don Hinch in 2000. Melissa graduated from CCHS in 1987. She, her husband, Trevor, and two daughters live just outside the Homestead area.
